Led by professional sommelier Patrick Groves (former sommelier at Alo Bar and current owner of Contrada in Toronto), guests will have the opportunity to sample a curated selection of the region’s finest wines, expertly paired with delectable small plates crafted by Massey College Executive Chef Joe Frey. The evening will also feature performances by Opera Revue, a Toronto-based company known for infusing traditional opera with diversity and humor, reviving its lighthearted and accessible spirit in piazzas and tavernas.
