Our Junior Fellow Sharly Chan was part of the “12 Fellows” who participated in Sidewalk Toronto’s Fellows Report, that was presented yesterday. Here’s her message to the Massey Community:

I have had the wonderful opportunity to engage with Sidewalk Toronto’s proposed plan to develop Quayside, a “smart” community in Toronto’s Eastern Waterfront. As part of their public engagement process, twelve Torontonians between the ages of 19-24 were chosen to travel to six cities around the world to critically engage with experts and innovators. Our research and experience are documented in our report that outlines our vision for Quayside. Senior Fellow Michael Valpy was also part of the project as our editor!

We hope our report reflects our values and our unwavering commitment to Toronto.
