Alum Saqib Mahmood has received the Gerald W. Schwartz Silver medal for the second highest cumulative average over four years, in the combined JD & MBA program at U of T.
A celebration of life for alumus Bruce Alexander will be held on Thursday, July 28th at Metropolitan United Church in Toronto (Queen St. East at Church St.) at 2:00pm. The family have asked us to let the community know that all are welcome to attend.
Senior Fellows Haroon Siddiqui and John Ralston Saul discussed the meaning of the Canadian flag in the Toronto Star on Saturday. Junior Fellow Riley Yesno was also a contributor, reflecting on the celebration at a time of discovery of graves at residential school sites.
Massey had the honour of hosting a Dialogue with Afghan women last week discussing the future of Afghanistan and their difficult transition to Canada. Thank you to Senator Marilou McPhedran and the Association of Former Parliamentarians for inviting Massey College to participate in this special event.
