Alumni Summer Garden Party
An invitation from Kia Dunn – President of the Massey College Alumni Council:
The Massey Alumni Association would like to invite you to a Summer Garden Party on Sunday, August 15 from 11am- 3pm. Come and see faces old and new… in person! What a novelty!
To ease the transition back to in-person socializing, we’ve imagined an afternoon filled with good food and good friends, as well as drinks alcoholic and non. Do feel free to wear whatever your imagination conjures as “Garden Party attire” and we’ll be sure to set up a challenging round of croquet for those so inclined as well as a variety of other Quad suitable activities as we can muster, but if you have anything you’re fond of, from spike ball to frisbee, bring it along!
The event will be open to all ages and while we are limited by the Quad’s regulated capacity, we’d encourage you to sign up with a +1 if there’s someone from outside the Massey Community you’d like to bring along. And if there’s someone who should come who doesn’t tend to read their emails, give them a nudge!
Oh and while we will have some cutlery and such available, if you could bring anything from home such as a water bottle or reusable cutlery to lessen waste that would be much appreciated.
Space is even more limited than usual so do register soon. We can’t wait to see you!
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be available.
