Anti-Black Racism in the Health Care Context

Join us on Monday, November 21 from 7 PM – 8:30 PM for the second of three sessions of the Confronting Anti-Black Racism Workshop Series, led by JF Alumni Chantal Phillips. This session will focus on anti-Black racism in the health care system, including its historical origins and manifestations. The aim is to provide some foundations to understanding anti-Black racism while also encouraging continued learning and self-reflection. The session will end with a Q&A. If you have any questions, please reach out to Chantal via email (chantal.phillips@mail.utoronto.ca).

This is a Junior Fellows Professional Program Pillar 2 event. Participation in two events of this series achieves acknowledgement for meeting the requirements of Pillar 2 certification.

This is a hybrid event.
