Diplomatic Lunch

On Monday April 3^rd our final lunch with a diplomat welcomes two Diplomats at the front lines of diplomacy as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. We will be joined by Oleksandr Shevchenko, the Ukrainian Consul General to Canada and Magadalena Pszczolkowska, the Polish Consul General to Canadafor a rich conversation on NATO and the role of overseas diasporas in influencing national policies and positions in conflicts together with the Chair of Latvian Studies at UofT, Andres Kasekamp.
