Workshop: Interview Roulette – A journalist wants to talk to you? Yikes!

This is hands-on mock interviewing session that aims to help you to feel more comfortable and succeed in getting your points across in an interview with a journalist.

During the session, each Junior Fellow will take turns being interviewed by Alumni Chris Graham of “Tell People” or former CBC journalist/Senior Fellow Kim Kierans and then get specific and supportive feedback to help with future interviews.

Engaging the Public: Empowering the Next Generation of Intellectual Leaders is for Junior Fellows across all disciplines who are interested in sharing their research and practice with a wider audience. The program’s panels and workshops are designed to be interactive and practical. The goal is to offer tips and tools so that Junior Fellows can begin to translate complex ideas into accessible formats.
